The Henderson Silver Knights fell to the Milwaukee Admirals, 6-2, at UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena on Friday evening. Alexander Holtz made his debut as a Silver Knight, picking up a goal and an assist in his first game.
HOW IT WENT DOWN
Del Gaizo opened the scoring midway through the first period.
He netted his second of the game at 6:14 in the second to extend the Admirals’ lead to two. Stastney made it a 3-0 game less than two minutes later with his second goal of the season.
Holtz, in his debut appearance as a Silver Knight, cut their lead to two once again with a power-play goal. Former Admiral Mitch McLain and Braeden Bowman both assisted on the play.
Milwaukee responded with a power-play tally of their own late in the period, courtesy of Kemell.
Kai Uchacz brought the Silver Knights within two early in the final period. McLain and Holtz picked up the assists, resulting in a multi-point game for each of them.
Wiesblatt made it a 5-2 game at 11:13, with former Silver Knight Kyle Marino earning the primary assist.
De Leo added another in the final few minutes of the game to secure a 6-2 win for the Admirals.
