The Silver Knights were defeated by the Colorado Eagles, 6-1, at Blue FCU Arena on Saturday afternoon. Rookie forward Kai Uchacz scored the only Henderson goal of the game, his second of the season.
HOW IT WENT DOWN
Senden got the Eagles on the board midway through the first to give them an early lead, the only goal of the period.
Mayer then made it 2-0 with a shorthanded goal midway through the second. Kai Uchacz responded less than a minute later to bring the Knights within one. Lucas Johansen earned the only assist on the play.
The Eagles scored four unanswered goals in the third period, including back-to-back tallies from Bradley, to secure a 6-1 victory.
Henderson goaltender Carl Lindbom made 33 saves in his first start since October 19.
