Gabe Mirabelli was named Sr. Vice President and Chief Business Officer for FEG Minor League Sports Properties in January 2024, after previously serving as the Chief Operating Officer for the NBA G-League Ignite. Mirabelli oversees all businss efforts for the AHL’s Henderson Silver Knights and IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks, as well as serving as FEG’s liaison with the other tenants of Lee’s Family Forum, including the Vegas Thrill and the Las Vegas Desert Dogs
Mirabelli also works in partnership with Lee’s Family Forum management to promote and execute the concerts, trade shows, and various other events and functions hosted by the arena.
Prior to his current role, Mirabelli was the Golden Knights’ Director of Enterprise Operations. One of his chief accomplishments was leading and overseeing the construction of Lee’s Family Forum in Henderson, working with construction teams and civic leaders to bring the Foleys’ vision in Green Valley to life. Planning and execution of the project for the Golden Knights was spearheaded by Mirabelli. For his efforts, he was named the Silver Knights AHL Man of the Year Award recipient in May 2022.
Before moving to Las Vegas, Mirabelli worked as a legal intern for Caruthers and Roth, P.A. in North Carolina and for Cerulean Pharma Inc. in Massachusetts. Mirabelli was also a Marketing Intern for the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball.
He is a graduate of Guilford College and Elon University School of Law.
One of the original linemates of the Vegas Golden Knights organization, Cole Miltenberger will begin his fifth season at the helm of the Henderson Silver Knights ticketing strategies in 2024-25. Miltenberger was promoted to Chief Ticketing Officer for all FEG Minor League Sports Properties in January 2024, after prieviously serving as Vice President of Ticket Sales and Premium. Miltenberger oversees ticketing efforts for the Silver Knights, the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks, and Lee’s Family Forum.
Miltenberger and his ticket sales team ranked first in the American Hockey League and the Indoor Football League in Ticket Revenue in 2021-22. The Henderson Silver Knights also saw a 30 percent increase in attendance after moving to Lee’s Family Forum in April 2022.
He joined the Golden Knights as an Account Executive in June 2016, serving with the NHL club until May 2020. During that time, Miltenberger led in ticketing revenue-generated while simultaneously managing the Summer Ticketing Internship Program from 2018-2020 and spearheaded several new sales initiatives for the team. He began his tenure with the Silver Knights as Director of Ticketing for two seasons.
Prior to joining the VGK, Miltenberger spent just over one year as a sales associate with the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks.
A graduate of East Tennessee State University, Miltenberger lives in Las Vegas with his wife, Alisa.

In 2024, Keith Baulsir is beginning his eighth hockey season with the Foley Entertainment Group, and has been with the organization since VGK’s magical 2017-2018 inaugural season. He has overseen the Henderson Silver Knights partnership initiatives since the franchise was launched in 2020.
In his role, Baulsir leads the partnership sales and activation efforts for the Golden Knights, Silver Knights, the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks, City National Arena, America First Center, and Lee’s Family Forum.
Under Baulsir’s leadership, the Silver Knights created the Silver Society, an exclusive group of founding partners for the Silver Knights and Lee’s Family Forum. The Silver Knights also won the AHL’s Sponsorship Team of the Year Award for the 21-22 and 22-23 seasons, and the award for the Best Activation in the AHL for the 23-24 season.
A graduate of James Madison University, Baulsir held management roles with ZooTampa, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Major League Soccer team D.C United before joining FEG. He lives in Summerlin with his wife, daughter, and dog.
Dillon Garofolo has joined Foley Entertainment Group for his second stint in March of 2024. Originally, he was an Account Executive with the Vegas Golden Knights from April 2017- August 2019. Now he is the Director of Franchise Properties for FEG.
Dillon has also worked for the Seattle Kraken and San Jose Sharks of the NHL as well as the 2021 U.S. Open and Live Nation.
Dillon now lives in Las Vegas with his two Alaskan Klee Kai dogs, Freddy, and Cudi. He is also an avid fitness and swimming enthusiast.

Jake Snyder joined the Silver Knights as Manager of Partnership and Premium Sales in June 2022, a role he also serves for the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks. Snyder has worked in sports for over seven years, dating back to January 2017.
Snyder previously worked two separate stints in the American Hockey League with the Tucson Roadrunners, serving as their Manager of Corporate Partnerships for one year from June 2021 to June 2022 and for one year as a Ticket Representative from July 2018 to March 2019. Between those stops in Arizona, Snyder was a Group Sales Account Executive in New Jersey and Philadelphia for Harris Blitzer Sports and Entertainment.
A graduate of the Eller College of Management at The University of Arizona in 2019, Snyder also worked for the university’s athletic program as an Outbound Ticket Sales associate for 3 years.
Chris Arangua is the Henderson Silver Knights Manager of Partnership Activation. He joined Foley Entertainment Group one day before the Vegas Golden Knights raised the Stanley Cup in 2023.
Chris was born and raised in Southern California and attended Cal State Fullerton for his undergraduate degree and then earned a Masters of Sport Management from Cal State Long Beach.
Chris has previously worked as a liability and property adjuster for Farmers Insurance as well as the manager of a fitness studio.
Chris has a deep passion for snowboarding and is always looking forward to the winter season.

TICKETING
Brooke Steaman begins her second season with the Silver Knights as Director of Ticketing and Premium, a role that covers the Silver Knights, IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks, and other events at Lee’s Family Forum. Steaman has been working in the Golden Knights organization since May 2017.
Within the Foley Entertainment Group, Steaman has risen from Ticket Operations Assistant (2017-2019), to Account Executive with Membership Services (2018-2022), to Director of Premium Services with the Silver Knights (2022-2023), and now to her current position as Director of Ticket and Premium for all entities at Lee’s Family Forum. Steaman leads a ticketing department that continues to sit amongst the AHL league-leaders in ticketing revenue.
Prior to joining the VGK in 2017, Steaman worked five months as a Box Office representative at Colonial Life Arena in Columbia, South Carolina while earning her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina. During her years in college, Steaman also interned with the Athletics Department at California Lutheran University and with the Hockey Development Department for the Los Angeles Kings.
Tiffany Utt arrived at The Dollar Loan Center in July 2023 as Director of Ticketing Operations, a role she serves for the Silver Knights, the Vegas Knight Hawks, the G-League Ignite, and all other functions hosted at The Dollar Loan Center. Utt joined the team after beginning her professional career in ticketing at T-Mobile Arena.
Utt began as a Ticketing Representative at T-Mobile Arena in 2018, quickly finding a passion for sports and entertainment, as well as customer service. By 2021, she had been promoted to Ticketing Supervisor for T-Mobile Arena, working closely with promoters and the building’s event staff.
While working at ‘The Fortress’, Utt was inspired to return to school. She currently is studying for her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Colorado Technical University. A Henderson native, Utt lives in Henderson with her boyfriend and their three children.

Hilton Brown will begin his third season in 2024-25 with the Henderson Silver Knights and Vegas Knight Hawks as a Group Sales Account Executive, having joined the organization in August 2022.
Prior to joining the HSK, Brown was an account executive at Toast, a restaurant management software company, for just over a year. Brown was also a Sr. Community Associate for Lyft from December 2017 to June 2020. He was also an account manager and recruiter at Insight Global from August 2016 to October 2017.
A graduate of the University of California-Davis, Brown now lives in Henderson with his girlfriend, two cats, and his dog.

Ben Brodhurst is entering his third season with Foley Entertainment Group, beginning his career as a Gameday Ambassador for the Vegas Golden Knights. Soon after he was promoted to a Sales and Service Representative for the Henderson Silver Knights and Vegas Knight Hawks.
Ben moved to Las Vegas from Phoenix,, AZ but he has lived in numerous places around the United States. He attended Louisiana State University and Arizona State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies.
After college, Ben worked for companies such as Nike, Target, and Uber before settling in Las Vegas.
Ben enjoys sports, music, and movies. He is also a religious follower of Taco Tuesday.

Perry Carpenter is entering his first full season with the Henderson Silver Knights in 2024-2025. He joined the organization in December of 2023 as an Account Executive with the Henderson Silver Knights, Vegas Knight Hawks and NBA G-League Ignite.
The Glenside, Pennsylvania native has had previous sales experience as a group sales intern with the Reading Royals of the ECHL.
Perry attended Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA where he played on their Division II hockey team from 2021-2023.

MARKETING
Christina Woods begins her fourth season in 2024-25 as the Director of Marketing and Community Relations for the Henderson Silver Knights. Woods joined the organization in February 2022, and she serves in the same role for the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks. Woods has sought to introduce the Silver Knights and Knight Hawks to the Henderson, as well as develop charitable partnerships within the community.
Woods is a California native with eight years of experience in professional hockey. She began her career in August 2016 with the ECHL’s Florida Everblades as an Account Executive. In February 2018, she left Estero to join the ECHL’s Norfolk Admirals as Community Development Manager. She would serve as Director of Community Development and Director of Marketing and Community Relations before departing for Henderson.
A graduate of Arizona State University in 2016, Woods worked as the Assistant General Manager for ASU’s club hockey team in the spring of 2016. She had served as the club’s Marketing Vice President for just over a year from December 2014 to March 2016.
Woods lives in Henderson with her dogs, Rex and Enzo.
Abby Gaughan began her time with Foley Entertainment Group in the Fall of 2022. Originally, she was a Henderson Silver Knight marketing gameday staffer and Premium Sales intern. In January of 2023, she transitioned to a full-time role as a Senior Manager of Marketing.
Abby is a Las Vegas native who attended the University of Southern California and graduated with a degree in Business Administration. She moved back home to join the growing sports market.
Abby, alongside her roommate Allie, are the current caretakers of Maverick, the VGK Pup!

COMMUNICATIONS
Brian McCormack will serve his fifth season as the Director of Broadcasting and Communications for the Silver Knights in 2024-25. McCormack joined the Silver Knights in January 2021 as the team’s inaugural broadcast voice, and the 2024-25 season will be his tenth broadcasting professional hockey.
The Long Island, NY native joined the Silver Knights after serving as Broadcast and Media Relations Manager from 2018-20 with the American Hockey League’s San Antonio Rampage. McCormack also worked three years in the ECHL with the Idaho Steelheads from 2015-18, earning ECHL Broadcaster of the Year honors and working the ECHL All-Star Classic in 2018.
McCormack handles all television and radio play-by-play broadcasts for the Silver Knights and hosts the weekly ‘HSK Today’ radio program. He also handles the day-to-day media responsibilities of the organization, with a particular focus on Hockey Operations and the on-ice activities of the team.
The 35-year-old is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo and lives in Henderson with his wife, Ali.

Kelli Pfiffner begins her fifth season in 2024-25 as the Silver Knights Manager of Communications and Content. The Las Vegas native has been a member of the Golden Knights organization since 2018, when she began as an intern on the Vegas Golden Knights communications staff.
Pfiffner oversees the daily execution of the Silver Knights’ content efforts on their digital platforms. She also handles public relations, particularly pertaining to business operations, the Vegas Knight Hawks Indoor Football League team, and Lee’s Family Forum.
Prior to joining the VGK, Pfiffner interned for Vegas PBS while a student at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where she assisted in social media management for the network. A graduate of UNLV, Pfiffner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a minor in Journalism.

Ciara “Kiki” Downey begins her third season in 2024-25 with the Silver Knights as Digital Content Coordinator. Downey manages the team’s social media platforms and provides written articles and video content for the team’s website.
Downey began working in hockey during the 2021-22 season as a communications intern with USA Hockey, serving the US National Team Development Program in Plymouth, Michigan. She also worked as a freelance hockey writer during that time.
Downey is a Boston native and was a hockey player and cheerleader through college. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oxford in 2018 and her Master’s in English Language and Literature from the University of Chicago in 2021. She now lives in Henderson, and still enjoys playing hockey, as well as ballroom dancing.
GAME PRESENTATION
Chandler Blanchard starts his second season as Director of Game Presentation for the Henderson Silver Knights, a role he also serves for the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks and NBA G-League Ignite.
Blanchard leads the in-arena entertainment at Lee’s Family Forum, directing the lighting, music, and video elements, as well as the show’s cast members. Blanchard also leads the video production team for all Silver Knights and Knight Hawks digital content.
Blanchard, 27, and his team were recognized as the Western Conference’s Outstanding Fan Experience in 2021-22, as well as awarded for the Best Game Operations in the Indoor Football League’s 2022 season. Prior to this role, Blanchard was a Social Producer for Bleacher Report and a part-time Stage Manager for the Vegas Golden Knights game Entertainment team, While concurrently freelancing various sporting events and productions in the Las Vegas Area.
A graduate of Pepperdine University in 2017, Blanchard played Division I baseball in college and also played in the Cape Cod Summer League. Blanchard has coached and umpired youth baseball in Las Vegas.
Blanchard lives in Las Vegas with his wife, Amberly.
Jessie Laureanti begins her third season with the Silver Knights as Game Presentation Coordinator, having joined the organization in September 2022. She will also serve in a similar capacity for the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks and the NBA G-League Ignite.
Laureanti joined the HSK after one season as a Game Operations intern with the Arizona Diamondbacks. During that time, she also worked as a freelance Technical Director for Van Wagner, running the digital displays at Sun Devil Stadium for Arizona State University football. She was also the Production Assistant at Grand Canyon University for nearly four years, departing in April 2022.
A graduate of Grand Canyon University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a minor in Marketing, Laureanti now lives in Henderson with her dog, Dallas. She enjoys movies, books, crafts, and traveling.
Trent Dieterle joined the Silver Knights in September 2022 for his first season as Video Producer for the Silver Knights, creating video content for the Silver Knights web platforms, marketing efforts, and in-arena entertainment..
Dieterle is working for this second American Hockey League team after spending the 2021-22 season as Digital Media Production Manager with the Grand Rapids Griffins. Dieterle was also the videographer for Michigan State University Football from January 2019 to April 2020.
Outside sports, Dieterle has been a freelance video content director, as well as a real estate videographer, since 2017.
Dieterle graduated from Michigan State’s College of Communication Arts and Sciences in 2020. He lives in Las Vegas.
Ethan McCoy is currently in his second stint with the Henderson Silver Knights. He began as an intern with the entertainment team in 2021. In the Fall of 2023, he joined full-time as a Video Producer.
Ethan is a Henderson native who attended UNLV and graduated in 2023 with a Bachelors in Broadcast and Media Studies. While at UNLV, Ethan worked as a Recruiting Creative for UNLV Football and then a Videographer and Graphic Designer for UNLV Hockey until 2023.
Outside of work, Ethan is a movie buff and football fan with a finely tuned ear for orchestral music.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Harvin Chavez has been with Foley Entertainment Group since July of 2017. He began as a Lead Systems Administrator before becoming the IT Manager in 2022.
Originally from San Francisco, CA Harvin attended Golden Gate University from 2005-2007. After college, he worked for Fidelity National Financial as a Systems Administrator.
Now in Las Vegas, Harvin is a 2021 Top Tech Award winner. He won the award for his work developing the America First Center in Henderson and Lee’s Family Forum in 2021. He is currently a Las Vegas Top Tech Awards Judge.
