Gabe Mirabelli was named Sr. Vice President and Chief Business Officer for FEG Minor League Sports Properties in January 2024, after previously serving as the Chief Operating Officer for the NBA G-League Ignite. Mirabelli oversees all businss efforts for the AHL’s Henderson Silver Knights and IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks, as well as serving as FEG’s liaison with the other tenants of Lee’s Family Forum, including the Vegas Thrill and the Las Vegas Desert Dogs
Mirabelli also works in partnership with Lee’s Family Forum management to promote and execute the concerts, trade shows, and various other events and functions hosted by the arena.
Prior to his current role, Mirabelli was the Golden Knights’ Director of Enterprise Operations. One of his chief accomplishments was leading and overseeing the construction of Lee’s Family Forum in Henderson, working with construction teams and civic leaders to bring the Foleys’ vision in Green Valley to life. Planning and execution of the project for the Golden Knights was spearheaded by Mirabelli. For his efforts, he was named the Silver Knights AHL Man of the Year Award recipient in May 2022.
Before moving to Las Vegas, Mirabelli worked as a legal intern for Caruthers and Roth, P.A. in North Carolina and for Cerulean Pharma Inc. in Massachusetts. Mirabelli was also a Marketing Intern for the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball.
He is a graduate of Guilford College and Elon University School of Law.
Cole Miltenberger, one of the original members of the Vegas Golden Knights organization and the longest-tenured linemates within Foley Entertainment Group (FEG), enters his seventh season leading the Henderson Silver Knights’ ticketing strategy in 2026-27. Promoted to Chief Ticketing Officer for FEG’s Minor League Sports Properties in January 2024, Miltenberger oversees all ticketing operations and revenue strategy for the Henderson Silver Knights, the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks, and Lee’s Family Forum.
Since joining the Silver Knights in 2020, Miltenberger has led the organization’s ticket sales, service, premium seating, and ticket operations departments while driving record revenue growth and fan engagement initiatives. Under his leadership, the ticketing department has established one of the industry’s premier sales development programs, producing professionals who have gone on to successful careers in sales, service, and leadership with organizations including the Vegas Golden Knights, Las Vegas Raiders, Las Vegas Aces, UNLV Athletics, NASCAR, the NHL, and other professional sports organizations. His team is built around an “Experience First” philosophy, ensuring every interaction creates lasting memories for members, partners, and fans.
Miltenberger joined the Vegas Golden Knights as an Account Executive in June 2016, prior to the club’s inaugural season. During his four years with the NHL organization, he consistently ranked as the team’s top ticketing revenue producer while managing the Summer Ticketing Internship Program from 2018-20 and leading several innovative sales initiatives. He transitioned to the Henderson Silver Knights as the organization’s inaugural Director of Ticketing before being promoted to Vice President of Ticket Sales & Premium and later Chief Ticketing Officer.
Before joining Foley Entertainment Group, Miltenberger spent more than a year as a Sales Associate with the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks.
A graduate of East Tennessee State University, Miltenberger resides in Las Vegas with his wife, Alisa, and their son, River.

Cali Marrocco joined the Henderson Silver Knights as Director of Premium and Membership Services in January 2026, and she was promoted to Director of Ticketing in July 2026. She serves that role for the Silver Knights and for the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks. Cali and her team work to ensure a first-class experience for Silver Knights season-ticket holders and premium members at Lee’s Family Forum.
A native of Carlsbad, California, Marrocco joined the Silver Knights after having served as the Manager of Premium and Service for the AHL’s Coachella Valley Firebirds. While with the Firebirds, Marrocco ranked fourth league-wide in full-season ticket sales in 2023.
Marrocco is a lifelong sports fan and played Division I tennis while attending Arizona State University. It was at ASU that she met her husband, PJ, a Division I hockey player for the Sun Devils. Marrocco enjoys hiking and running, as well. Cali and PJ live in Summerlin.

Isabella Tornello arrived with the Silver Knights as Membership Services Coordinator in March 2026, a role she also serves for the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks. Isabella works to ensure a first-class experience for Silver Knights season-ticket holders and premium members at Lee’s Family Forum.
A Las Vegas native, Tornello came to Henderson after working with the Santa Cruz Warriors of the NBA G-League as an Account Executive in their Member Services department.
Tornello attended the Sports Management program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She also attended Jackson State University, where she was a Division I soccer player.

Tiffany Utt has served as Director of Ticketing Operations for the Silver Knights, the Vegas Knight Hawks, and Lee’s Family Forum since July 2023. Utt joined the team after beginning her professional career in ticketing at T-Mobile Arena.
Utt began as a Ticketing Representative at T-Mobile Arena in 2018, quickly finding a passion for sports and entertainment, as well as customer service. By 2021, she had been promoted to Ticketing Supervisor for T-Mobile Arena, working closely with promoters and the building’s event staff.

Blake Steaman arrived in Henderson in June 2026 to join the Silver Knights as Manager of Ticket Sales, a role he also serves for the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks. Blake assists in overseeing the team’s ticketing staff and implementing sales strategies for the organization.
A native of Thousand Oaks, California, Steaman has worked in ticketing with the Las Vegas Aviators and the WNBA’s Dallas Wings. He also worked in the American Hockey League with the Ontario Reign, where he was an Inside Sales Representative. Vegas Hockey is a family affair for Steaman, whose sister Brooke currently works in Ticketing with the Golden Knights.
Steaman loves to travel and spend time with family, and he plays basketball. He lives in Centennial Hills and has two dogs named Wrigley and Skylar.

Perry Carpenter joined the organization in December of 2023 as an Account Executive with the Henderson Silver Knights, Vegas Knight Hawks and NBA G-League Ignite.
The Glenside, Pennsylvania native has had previous sales experience as a group sales intern with the Reading Royals of the ECHL.
Perry attended Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA where he played on their Division II hockey team from 2021-2023.

MARKETING
Abby Gaughan began her time with Foley Entertainment Group in the Fall of 2022. Originally, she was a Henderson Silver Knight marketing gameday staffer and Premium Sales intern. In January of 2023, she transitioned to a full-time role as a Senior Manager of Marketing.
Abby is a Las Vegas native who attended the University of Southern California and graduated with a degree in Business Administration. She moved back home to join the growing sports market.

Morgan Bouskos joined the Silver Knights as the Marketing and Fan Development Coordinator in May 2026. Bouskos is responsible for growing the HSK fan base through the team’s marketing and advertising efforts, enhancing the fan experience at Lee’s Family Forum. Her efforts also impact the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks.
Bouskos is originally from Fresno, California, and graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Sports Business. Before joining the HSK, she served as the Partnership and Production Associate for the Peoria Sports Complex in Peoria, Arizona.

COMMUNICATIONS
Brian McCormack will serve his seventh season as the Director of Broadcasting and Communications for the Silver Knights in 2026-27. McCormack joined the Silver Knights in January 2021 as the team’s inaugural broadcast voice, and the 2026-27 season will be his 12th broadcasting professional hockey.
The Long Island, NY native joined the Silver Knights after serving as Broadcast and Media Relations Manager from 2018-20 with the American Hockey League’s San Antonio Rampage. McCormack also worked three years in the ECHL with the Idaho Steelheads from 2015-18, earning ECHL Broadcaster of the Year honors and working the ECHL All-Star Classic in 2018.
McCormack handles all television and radio play-by-play broadcasts for the Silver Knights and hosts the weekly ‘HSK Today’ radio program. He also handles the day-to-day media responsibilities of the organization, with a particular focus on Hockey Operations and the on-ice activities of the team.
The 35-year-old is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo and lives in Henderson with his wife, Ali, and their son, Merritt.

Kelli Pfiffner begins her seventh season in 2026-27 as the Silver Knights Sr. Manager of Communications and Content. The Las Vegas native has been a member of the Golden Knights organization since 2018, when she began as an intern on the Vegas Golden Knights communications staff.
Pfiffner oversees the daily execution of the Silver Knights’ content efforts on their digital platforms. She also handles public relations, particularly pertaining to Silver Knights corporate communications, the Vegas Knight Hawks, and Lee’s Family Forum.
Prior to joining the VGK, Pfiffner interned for Vegas PBS while a student at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where she assisted in social media management for the network. A graduate of UNLV, Pfiffner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a minor in Journalism.

GAME PRESENTATION
Chandler Blanchard serves as Sr. Director of Game Presentation for the Henderson Silver Knights, a role he also serves for the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks.
Blanchard leads the in-arena entertainment at Lee’s Family Forum, directing the lighting, music, and video elements, as well as the show’s cast members. Blanchard also leads the video production team for all Silver Knights and Knight Hawks digital content.
Blanchard and his team were recognized as the Western Conference’s Outstanding Fan Experience in 2021-22, as well as awarded for the Best Game Operations in the Indoor Football League’s 2022 season. Prior to this role, Blanchard was a Social Producer for Bleacher Report and a part-time stage manager for the Vegas Golden Knights Game Entertainment team, while also freelancing various sporting events and productions in the Las Vegas area.
A graduate of Pepperdine University in 2017, Blanchard played Division I baseball in college and also played in the Cape Cod Summer League. Blanchard has coached and umpired youth baseball in Las Vegas.

Trent Dieterle joined the Silver Knights in September 2022 for his first season as Video Producer for the Silver Knights, creating video content for the Silver Knights web platforms, marketing efforts, and in-arena entertainment..
Dieterle is working for this second American Hockey League team after spending the 2021-22 season as Digital Media Production Manager with the Grand Rapids Griffins. Dieterle was also the videographer for Michigan State University Football from January 2019 to April 2020.
Outside sports, Dieterle has been a freelance video content director, as well as a real estate videographer, since 2017.
Dieterle graduated from Michigan State’s College of Communication Arts and Sciences in 2020. He lives in Las Vegas.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Colin Loveless joined the Golden Knights organization in 2018 and serves as Systems Engineer. Loveless began his career as a part-time guest services associate with the Golden Knights, but now he designs and implements IT systems to improve, secure, and innovate VGK technology. He was the recipient of the Top Tech, Las Vegas award for 2024.
A native of Chesapeake Beach, Maryland, Loveless was a student-athlete in high school, serving as a goaltender in both hockey and soccer. He is also a lover of music and plays more than ten different instruments. Loveless and his family are VGK through and through, with his mother also working with the Golden Knights at the Director level and his sister a former Vegas Viva.
