Chase Jolesch is the Chief Operating Officer of the Henderson Silver Knights and the Vegas Knight Hawks. Chase was one of the first hires in the Golden Knights organization in June 2016 starting out as the Director of Ticketing. Most recently he was the Vice President of Ticketing & Premium for the Golden Knights.
Chase’s responsibilities focus on all business units for both sports entities. This includes Ticketing, Partnerships, Marketing, Community Relations, Communications & Content, and In Game Entertainment.
Before moving to Las Vegas, Chase was the Director of the Ticket Sales Center with Baylor Athletics. During his 2 ½ years with Baylor Athletics, Chase created the first ever outbound ticket sales department that focused on generating ticket sales revenue for football, basketball, baseball & softball. He also played a significant role in working with the Baylor Bear Foundation in generating record giving numbers that impacted Baylor’s new football stadium known as McLane Stadium that opened in 2014.
Chase started his sports career in June of 2010 with the San Francisco 49ers as an Account Executive where he was part of the team that sold out Candlestick Park and was promoted to Legends Premium Sales where he served as a Sales Consultant for Levi’s Stadium. Chase worked with the San Francisco 49ers and Legends for almost 3 ½ years.
Chase is originally from Dallas, TX and graduated from Baylor University in May of 2010 with a business degree in Sports, Sponsorship & Sales. Chase graduated in May of 2018 with his Masters in Sports Administration from Ohio University’s PMSA graduate program. Chase and his wife Brooke reside in Summerlin with their dog Baylor.
Keith Baulsir begins his sixth season in the Vegas Golden Knights organization, and has overseen the Henderson Silver Knights partnership initiatives since launching the franchise in 2020. He currently serves as Senior Vice President, Partnerships for the organization.
In his role Baulsir leads the partnership sales and activation efforts for the Golden Knights, Silver Knights, the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks, the NBA G-League Ignite, City National Arena, Lifeguard Arena, and The Dollar Loan Center.
Under Baulsir’s leadership, the Silver Knights instituted the Silver Society, a group of founding partners for the Silver Knights, Lifeguard Arena, and The DLC. The Silver Knights also won the AHL’s Sponsorship Team of the Year Award for the 2021-2022 season.
A graduate of James Madison University, Baulsir held management roles with ZooTampa, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Major League Soccer team D.C United before joining the Golden Knights.
Baulsir lives in Mountain’s Edge with his wife Nancy Baulsir, their 18-month old baby Juliana, and their dog Chase.
Omar Cruz returns for his second season with the Henderson Silver Knights, having joined the organization as Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships in December 2021. Cruz leads the Silver Knights sponsorship efforts, as well as those of the IFL’s Las Vegas Knight Hawks and NBA G-League Ignite.
Under Cruz’s guidance, the Silver Knights have seen not only an expansion of its sponsorship staff and connections in the Henderson community, but also league-leading revenue efforts. Cruz’s team was named the AHL’s Sponsorship Sales Department of the Year in 2021-22.
Before coming to Henderson, Cruz spent one year as the Director of Business Development and Marketing for DentalPros. In sports, Cruz has served as the Manager of Corporate Partnerships for the AHL’s Tucson Roadrunners (April 2019-December 2020), the Director of Corporate Partnerships for the El Paso Rhinos, and the Assistant Director of Athletic Development at the University of Texas at El Paso.
Cruz graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso and now lives in Hendersons with his wife, Ashten, and their Great Danes, Peaches and Pineapple.
Jake Snyder joined the Silver Knights as Manager of Partnership and Premium Sales in June 2022, a role he also serves for the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks and the NBA G-League Ignite. Snyder has worked in sports for nearly six years, dating back to January 2017.
Snyder, 25, previously worked two separate stints in the American Hockey League with the Tucson Roadrunners, serving as their Manager of Corporate Partnerships for one year from June 2021 to June 2022 and for one year as a Ticket Representative from July 2018 to March 2019. Between those stops in Arizona, Snyder was a Group Sales Account Executive in New Jersey and Philadelphia for Harris Blitzer Sports and Entertainment.
A graduate of the Eller College of Management at The University of Arizona in 2019, Snyder also worked for the university’s athletic program as an Outbound Ticket Sales associate for 3 years.
The Los Angeles native now lives in Henderson and enjoys being outside, enjoying a good meal, and going to live sports/entertainment events.
One of the original linemates of the Vegas Golden Knights organization, Cole Miltenberger will begin his third season at the helm of the Henderson Silver Knights ticketing strategies. Miltenberger was promoted to Vice-President of Ticket Sales and Premium for the Silver Knights, IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks, NBA G-League Ignite, and The Dollar Loan Center after serving as HSK Director of Ticketing for each of the team’s first two seasons.
Miltenberger and his ticket sales team ranked first in the American Hockey League and the Indoor Football League in Ticket Revenue in 2021-22. The Henderson Silver Knights also saw a 30 percent increase in attendance after moving to The Dollar Loan Center in April 2022.
He joined the Golden Knights as an Account Executive in June 2016, serving with the NHL club until May 2020. During that time, Miltenberger led in ticketing revenue-generated while simultaneously managed the Summer Ticketing Internship Program from 2018-2020 and spearheaded several new sales initiatives for the team.
Prior to joining the VGK, Miltenberger just over one year as a sales associate with the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks.
A graduate of East Tennessee State University, Miltenberger lives in Las Vegas with his wife, Alisa.
Anna Fedick begins her second full season as a Ticket Sales Account Executive with the Henderson Silver Knights, a position she also holds for the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks and NBA G-League Ignite.
Prior to joining the organization, Fedick worked as a paralegal for six years, though she always planned to return to sports. As a student at Boston University, Fedick interned with the Athletic Communications office for the school.
Though well-traveled, the Chicago native now lives in Henderson, where she enjoys concerts, all things outdoors, true crime documentaries, and watching hockey. She also enjoys philosophy and is interested in space exploration!
Hilton Brown will begin his first season with the Henderson Silver Knights, Vegas Knight Hawks, and NBA’s G-League Ignite as a Group Sales Account Executive, having joined the organization in August 2022.
Brown is preparing for his first season in professional sports. Prior to joining the HSK, Brown was an account executive at Toast, a restaurant management software company, for just over a year. Brown was also a Sr. Community Associate for Lyft from December 2017 to June 2020. He was also an account manager and recruiter at Insight Global from August 2016 to October 2017.
A graduate of the University of California-Davis, Brown now lives in Henderson with his girlfriend, two cats, and his dog. He enjoys relaxing at home.
Christina Woods begins her first full season as the Director of Marketing and Community Relations for the Henderson Silver Knights. Woods joined the organization in February 2022, and she serves in the same role for the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks. Woods has sought to introduce the Silver Knights and Knight Hawks to the team’s new neighborhood since moving to the Dollar Loan Center, as well as develop charitable partnerships within the community.
Woods, 28, is a California native with six years of experience in professional hockey. She began her career in August 2016 with the ECHL’s Florida Everblades as an Account Executive. In February 2018, she left Estero to join the ECHL’s Norfolk Admirals as Community Development Manager. She would serve as Director of Community Development and Director of Marketing and Community Relations before departing for Henderson
A graduate of Arizona State University in 2016, Woods worked as the Assistant General Manager for ASU’s club hockey team in the spring of 2016. She had served as the club’s Marketing Vice President for just over a year from December 2014 to March 2016.
Woods lives in Henderson with her dogs, Rex and Enzo.
Brian McCormack will serve his third season as the Director of Broadcasting and Communications for the Silver Knights. McCormack joined the Silver Knights in January 2021 as the team’s inaugural broadcast voice, and the 2022-23 season will be his eighth broadcasting professional hockey.
The Long Island, NY native joined the Silver Knights after serving as Broadcast and Media Relations Manager from 2018-20 with the American Hockey League’s San Antonio Rampage. McCormack also worked three years in the ECHL with the Idaho Steelheads from 2015-18, earning ECHL Broadcaster of the Year honors in working the ECHL All-Star Classic in 2018.
McCormack handles all television and radio play-by-play broadcasts for the Silver Knights and hosts the weekly ‘HSK Today’ Radio Program. He also handles the day-to-day media responsibilities of the organization, with a particular focus on Hockey Operations and the on-ice activities of the organization.
The 33-year-old is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo and lives in Henderson with his wife, Ali.

Kelli Pfiffner begins her third season as the Silver Knights Manager of Communications and Content. The Las Vegas native has been a member of the Golden Knights organization since 2018, when she began as an intern on the Vegas Golden Knights communications staff. .
Pfiffner oversees the daily execution of the Silver Knights’ content efforts on their digital platforms. She also handles public relations, particularly pertaining to business operations, the Vegas Knight Hawks Indoor Football League team, and The Dollar Loan Center.
Prior to joining the VGK, Pfiffner interned for Vegas PBS while a student at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where she assisted in social media management for the network. A graduate of UNLV, Pfiffner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a minor in Journalism.

Ciara “Kiki” Downey joins the Silver Knights for her first season in professional hockey as Digital Content Coordinator. Downey will manage the team’s social media platforms and provide written articles and video content on the team’s website.
Downey, 25, began working in hockey during the 2021-22 season as a communications intern with USA Hockey, serving the US National Team Development Program in Plymouth, Michigan. She also worked as a freelance hockey writer during that time.
Downey is a Boston native and was a hockey player and cheerleader through college. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oxford in 2018 and her Master’s in English Language and Literature from the University of Chicago in 2021. She now lives in Henderson, and still enjoys playing hockey, as well as ballroom dancing.
Chandler Blanchard starts his second season as Director of Game Presentation for the Henderson Silver Knights, a role he also serves for the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks and NBA G-League Ignite.
Blanchard leads the in-arena entertainment at The Dollar Loan Center, directing the lighting, music, and video elements, as well as the show’s cast members. Blanchard also leads the video production team for all Silver Knights and Knight Hawks digital content.
Blanchard, 27, and his team were recognized as the Western Conference’s Outstanding Fan Experience in 2021-22, as well as awarded for the Best Game Operations in the Indoor Football League’s 2022 season. Prior to this role, Blanchard was a Social Producer for Bleacher Report and a part-time Stage Manager for the Vegas Golden Knights game Entertainment team, While concurrently freelancing various sporting events and productions in the Las Vegas Area.
A graduate of Pepperdine University in 2017, Blanchard played Division I baseball in college and also played in the Cape Cod Summer League. Blanchard has coached and umpired youth baseball in Las Vegas.
Blanchard lives in Las Vegas with his wife, Amberly.
Jessie Laureanti begins her first season with the Silver Knights as Game Presentation Coordinator, having joined the organization in September 2022. She will also serve in a similar capacity for the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks and the NBA G-League Ignite..
Laureanti, 22, joins the HSK after one season as a Game Operations intern with the Arizona Diamondbacks. During that time, she also worked as a freelance Technical Director for Van Wagner, running the digital displays at Sun Devil Stadium for Arizona State University football. She was also the Production Assistant at Grand Canyon University for nearly four years, departing in April 2022.
A graduate of Grand Canyon University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a minor in Marketing, Laureanti now lives in Henderson with her dog, Dallas. She enjoys movies, books, crafts, and traveling.
Trent Dieterle joined the Silver Knights in September 2022 for his first season as Video Producer for the Silver Knights, creating video content for the Silver Knights web platforms, marketing efforts, and in-arena entertainment..
Dieterle, XX, is working for this second American Hockey League team after spending the 2021-22 season as Digital Media Production Manager with the Grand Rapids Griffins. Dieterle was also the videographer for Michigan State University Football from January 2019 to April 2020.
Outside sports, Dieterle has been a freelance video content director, as well as a real estate videographer, since 2017.
Dieterle graduated from Michigan State’s College of Communication Arts and Sciences in 2020. He lives in Las Vegas.
Harvin Chavez is in his sixth year with the organization.
He is the IT Manager for the Henderson Silver Knights, The Vegas Knight Hawks, and The Dollar Loan Center.
