HSK will play two preseason exhibition games in Tucson
HENDERSON (August 20, 2026) – The Henderson Silver Knights announced today, August 20, that the team will participate in the inaugural Southwest Showdown, hosted by the Tucson Roadrunners at Tucson Arena from September 25-27.
The Silver Knights will join the Roadrunners, Colorado Eagles, and Texas Stars for preseason exhibition games, with the Silver Knights taking part in two games. The weekend will also include a fan event on Friday, September 25, with several Silver Knights players on hand to meet fans.
The Silver Knights game schedule for the weekend is as follows:
- Saturday, September 26 vs Tucson Roadrunners – 7pm @ Tucson Arena
- Sunday, September 27 vs Colorado Eagles – 3pm @ Tucson Arena
The Southwest Showdown will serve as the Silver Knights’ only preseason game action prior to the home-opener on October 3 vs the Bakersfield Condors at Lee’s Family Forum. Silver Knights preseason games will be available to stream on AHLTV, powered by FloHockey, with additional broadcast details to be announced at a later date.
